This is the stadium pack loaded by King Leno, i have tweeked the info a hair and added walls to the stands, this stadium however will allow for games and track to participate if you have downloaded Match Day DLC ( Free) Still all random mascots and team names available (Known issue Sometimes the brick wall up against the stadium will disappear still working on that issue)
