-Added another exclusion rule for one of my maps using an physicalizer script

-Fixed part of the code interfering with one of my map's convenience functions

-Added more things to remove in regards blocking hooks

-Will now check for hooks that disable the spawnmenu

-Added game_end to the list of entities to be deleted

-Fix for PT map

-Code fixes for those hidden weapons

-Now forcefully enables the flashlight on each respawn

-Remover will no longer target collision checks

-Speedmod walk speed will now reset if it somehow manages to fire
