- Updated saving as required for tModLoader's latest update.
- Build Tool UI cleanup, allowing me to add tools easier in the future, and make it easier to add potential mod support through mod calls.

Paint Tools
- Added paint slot. Place a paint type in here to use it over all other paint types in your inventory, allowing you to sort your paints to your liking instead of having to put the paint you want to use first in your inventory.
- Added Bucket of Paint Tools, which combines the vanilla paint tools, using the familiar radial UI. (No sprite yet, using Altar Container sprite)
- Added Ghostly Painter, an upgraded version of the Bucket of Paint Tools, using the spectre paint tools. This version has an unique radial UI. (No sprite yet, using Altar Container sprite)

Miscellaneous
- Updated to tModLoader 1.4 alpha.
- Massively cleaned up and refactored code.
- Changed the compass sprite to the updated version by @salt and AdipemDragon, also uses 1.4 tile finding function now for less lag.
