Added a compatibility patch so that TPW UNIFORMS will continue to work without SOF_Uniforms, which has been removed from Steam.

Added non-camo torsos to G3 uppers
Added Advanced Modular Helmets (tpw_helmethbk_*, tpw_helmethbk_ess_*) from the Contact expansion

Camo modified:
AMCUF - reduced contrast and improved palette (there's been a lot of ADF personnel around my area helping out with flood relief so I've observed their faded fatigues in more detail)
MCAMF, OCPF - further palette adjustments
PLA - upgraded Type 07 to modern Series 19 Starry Sky woodland
SURPAT - totally reworked textures
USWDL - renamed to M81
WDL - adjusted palette to be more Poland-like
