Actually uploaded the correct files

-Changed all the Z layering in fabrication bay and reactor room
-tweaked lighting

added medicine cabinet side-by-side view with med fabricator

changed docking hatch power to route through new grid

-Lowered the height of the O2 generators to accomodate the character model change
-Tweaked the links between nav terminal/status monitors. No longer able to drive the sub from engineering
-Reworked a lot of the power wiring
-Tweaked the captains corner to be a little more decorative
-Straight up disabled the need for transponders. They dont do anything anyways
-Removed one battery, and tweaked the existing two. You've got one battery that has high-output and high-charge, but low recharge, and one with decent recharge and low charge
-changed the lock of the toxin cabinet to allow both captain and security
-dismantled the engine wiring logic, wasn't necessary
-unlocked a lot of panels
-removed the built-in battery smoothers. easy enough to build in survival

-Added a better periscope
-Added an SOS scanner for the Dugong wreck

-Removed the bilge pump area behind the Engine. Was useless space. Now it has...a funny looking box?
-Redid the floors
-Added some shading to the ballast tanks
-Tweaked the hulls in Airlock access
-Updated the NBL in nav
-Added a trigger-activated camera switch for the back camera
-The searchlights swing much faster now. About the speed of the guns
-Increased the rate of decay on junction boxes a bit
-Increased power requirement for the O2 generators from 50 to 75
-Fixed a bunch of waypoints, I hope.
-Fixed a hull mess-up in Command, causing water to not flow properly
-Cleaned up clutter in Mechanical
-Removed the blood stain in medical
-probably a bunch of other stuff?
