Ammo Quantities
-Auto shells pickup now give 25 shells
-Laser Battery gives 60 electricity
-Sniper ammo give 10 rounds, smaller pickup gives 5

Sniper changes
-Increased fire rate.
-Damage now 135. Down from 150.
-Bullet spread while hip fire now increases after each shot.
-Fully accurate while scoped.
-Ammo increased to 15
-Reserve increased to 75
