Buffed and nerfed many changes to bring the arsenal more in line with their vanilla counter parts

-Slighly reduced single shotgun fire rate

-removed auto shotgun files to allow Steak's version to be used since it slaps

Assault rifle
-Magazine size to 60

Autoshotgun
-Magazine size back to 20 and max reserve ammo back to 100.

Sniper
-Max reserve ammo to 40.

Laser
-Damage set to 40.
-Death ray can no longer be fired until the heat gauge on the laser is full.
-Death ray range to 65.
-Death ray damage to 40.
