Nerfed Unity of the Suns and gave it the proper deactivate flag.

Fixed source of consistent crash, when in one of newly created skill tree(Sun Jing/Sun Ben).

Fixed duplicate generals spawning when Havie is enabled. Added another lay of protection by forcing the spawn script to be disabled. (This does prevent certain characters from Havie's version from spawning let me know about those and I will add them back into the script.)
