Resolves an issue where the network gantry posts are shown as missing assets and is not displaying properly when adding it to the world.

If you haven't done so, please download the required network gantry posts in the required items section.

Removed bundled network gantry posts as Cities Skylines does not support bundled network assets. They must be downloaded separately from the Steam workshop.
