Fixed more clipping issues via Jump pad.

Moved the free perk bottle to surface level next to speed cola.

Fixed an issue where Nikolai's face was missing textures.

- Players will no longer be able to go on top of crater

- Removed PES from space suit (was going to do it before release but had no time)

Added and moved zombies spawn points around the map.
Removed Richtofen announcer and Samantha is now the standard announcer (makes more sense).
Fixed clipping issues.

Fixed an issue where people can get out of the map by the jump pad by spawn.
