Half-Life 1 like Helmet and Armor Hitbox on NPCs

Helmets and Alien Grunt armor plates now completely nullify ALL damage from ALL weapons (Shotgunner marine's vests not included).

Completely removed the nightvision googles on marine shotgunners in power up and on a rail since the model of the googles and their sunglasses overlap (thanks to Colonel Orange for pointing it out)

Added a variation for marine medics. Some medics may now wear glasses like those in opposing force (also thanks to Colonel Orange for suggesting it)

Separated the commander model (instead of sharing it with the medic) for more face variation on both the commanders and medics.

Modified the global_actor.txt to add the voice of the newly created commander model.

Soldier Shotgunner now implement its protective vest damage properties. (They receive reduced damage when shot in the vest)

Added armor properties on alien grunt's "short/underwear or whatever it is" although the way the alien grunt is slouched when posing in idle might sometimes make you hit its stomach (its hitboxes is not well structured when the grunt is in idle pose)

Adjusted the hitbox of marine helmets, so you will most likely hit the helmet if you are terrible at aiming.

Changed the hitbox used on helmets. The damage is now reduced further if you hit the helmet. (You can no longer 1 hit the security guard if you shoot him in the helmet although that can be adjusted if you change the npc hitbox multiplier).
