Fixed bug where loading configs would load unused slots.

Fixed speed decrease caused by previous update.

Mod now works properly when the character has up to 99 slots (inventory + backpack).

Fixed networking issues. Mod should work in high latency situations. This also results in a speed increase in all situations.

Improved performance on servers with higher latency (although this is not fixed for good, and I need more time to fully fix this issue).
