*Fixed Ouranosaurus AOE sit buff bug
*Fixed Saltasaurus not always being tranqable (you still need to break the armor, and if the armor returns, you cant tranq it until its broken again)
*Added settings to reduce Saltasaurus dusting attacks
*Saltasaurus is immune to its own dust attack buff
*Added INI to prevent dinosaurs from dropping saddles when killed. Chibis still drop.

-Veneno saddle can now be crafted in the bench or in inventory
-Lira saddle now properly reduces inventory weight
-Various Veneno bugs patched
-Fixed some meleeswing issues with geny, should be more accurate now
-Bleeding of geny changed from percentile to scaling tick, like posto
-Fixed most geny dino detection logic, it wont count enemy tribe dinos against its crowd meter. It will however still count allied tribe dinos and not just same-tribe dinos.
-Winter Squash and Sweet Melons now grow at the same rate as normal crops
-Masso can now munch melons to gain its unique hp regen buff without the player force-feeding them. Ridden massos can munch with left control, should they have sweet melons in their inventory. You can munch a melon every 15 seconds to apply the HP regen buff
-Slightly increased masso run speed to remove the animation sliding present. (4.0 to 4.35)
-Genyodectes no longer looses its piercing damage when it equips its helmet.
-Buff to Lone Wolf for Geny. Increased HP regen from 0.25 per sec to 3 per sec. Melee damage buff from being under Lone Wolf increased from 1.25x damage to 2x damage. Megalosaurus was used as reference.
-Inostrancevia no longer flees while attempting to tame it
-Added missing dinosaur to Lost Island
-Added missing bonus creatures to Lost Island
