Now all npcs can fight normally instead of missing every attack.
Tyrannosaurus now fight eachothers (thanks to dinokelfilms)
Tyrannosaurus size is now realistic.

added head turning to most npc
HOW WORKS?
If NPC sees an enemy it will turn his head to enemy. Works on most NPCs but not all of them.
buffed Dilo damage from 30 to 48
----- NOT IMPORTANT BUT... STILL -----
Now most of npcs have realistic health and height.
added bone eye to some npcs. (makes their sight be in the head)
