After Feedback from zanysmith:
- Fixed: Mission can't progress, if the rescue boat dies. Now the rescue will be canceled and mission will continue with the next task.

After feedback from @Ianassa (thanks!):
- Changed: reduced possible radius in which ship could spawn from whole map to 11 km for less travel time. Maximum distance is indicated by a green circle on the map.
- Changed: reduced amount of cargo to lift from 5 to 4 for less repetitiveness.
- Changed: saves game when half the cargo is near the collection point.

- Fixed: Ending when all cargo is secured but the man overboard ends up dead can now happen (Thanks to @Hevron for the assistance!)

- Fixed: Rescue team won't go to position [0,0,0]
- Fixed: Ending, where drowning is saved, but all cargo is lost can happen now
- Changed: Player and friendlies now show up on map
- Changed: disabled player characters radio protocol (won't say things like "Running out of fuel!")
