famine's pony : the spawn chance now gets triggered only by the player tears and no longer from the other ones.

the spawn chance got changed from 2/18 to 1/10

fixed a bug with war's pony where,when you had a lot of fire delay,it would go into negative.
the fire delay stat up has been slightly changed to fix this.

major update

war: his pony is now an active which recharge in 2 rooms and spawns troll bombs like anarchist cookbook,it still has the old ability

famine: the pony spawns blue pooters like brown nugget when an enemy takes damage by a tear,chance to spawn reduced to 2/18.
-shotspeed increased to 1.35
headless horseman: shotspeed increased to 1.35

fixed a bug where famine's pony wouldn't spawn blue flies when an enemy would take damage

pestilence:
-damage increased to 7 (from 5.3)
-tears increased to 1.2 (from 0.86)
this due to pestilence low dps,with this changes he has a dps similiar to famine

-updated the famine and war character portraits in the character selection menu
-buffed the famine pony from a 1/18 chance to spawn a blue fly to 3/18
