Fixed an issue with the automatic temperature not switching between enable/disable after selecting it on dedicated servers

The incubator can now be snapped to structures, has a "destroy all eggs" option, and automatic temperature controls.

Added a pickup option to the radial wheel.

Added a new INI config to change the bonus egg hatch speed multiplier, see the mod description for more details.

Warning: currently existing incubators of my mod are not compatible with the update due to some changes that had to be made and you will need to place down a new incubator or pick up any currently existing ones (eggs are safe).

Can no longer craft in the player inventory, instead use the Fabricator or Tek Replicator/Exo Mek.
