-Fixed bug where Comanche missionaries spawning were of the wrong religion
-Fixed bug where the Comanche UB decreased unit production instead of increasing it
-Comanche missionaries only spawn in cities with your religion (if you have one)
-Slightly nerfed the spread power of the UB Missionaries
-Increased AI Religion bias
-Buffed Unit production rate from UB
