Fixed error in which Ancient Macine recipes are not displayed if the "Display Unlearned Recipes" option is not set to "Default."

Also, forced the craft UI's scroll buttons to execute "WhileDown" instead of "Onclick." Scrolling through the craft UI should be easier now for mousepad only users.
