Competative Rework Patch [April Fools!]

Normals:
- Removed teleports from most moves! This should help readability in competative situations.

Strongs:
- Completely new set of reanimated strongs that focus more on gamefeel!

NSpecial:
- Is now a normal projectile that interacts with other specials, rather than portals
I figured this would contribute a lot towards geenral gamefeel as people didn't use portals effectively much

DSpecial:
- Now has some added mobility components to make it more fun to use

FSpecial:
- Large decrease in range

USpecial:
- Much clearer visual indicator to the positioning during the move

Misc:
- Overall, too many changes to document. Try it out!
