Added User Property to switch between 24- and 12 Hour format.

Added user property to change the background color.

I'll keep working on it since this isn't the cleanest solution. It only really works with lighter colors and makes the particles disappear that would usually be behind the character.

Seperated foreground so that particles can travel behind the character.

Cut down Filesite by about 3Mb.
