Added a couple more costumes.

Added more costumes that I missed.

Fixed the Dark Room red chest deals not following the item quality cost rule for normal Mastema.

Added the rest of the costumes. I'm pretty sure I got them all but if I missed any let me know. Each character now has 85 custom costumes in total.

Added a ton more costumes. There's still more I need to add but they'll be in soon.

- Mastema now has his own pog face! You'll see it if you use Pog for Good Items

- Added 35 custom costumes for both characters, with more to come! Try to find them all! Or just look at the mod files... that's cool too.

- Lil Abaddon is now exempt from the item quality rule and will only cost 1 heart container when playing as normal Mastema.

Added a temporary fix for a bug with tainted Mastema that makes devil deals take more hearts than normal when his health is past a certain number of hearts.

Fixed a bug on normal Mastema that prevented items from being bought after getting rerolled and only having soul/black hearts.

Fixed an issue with tainted Mastema's face turning into Isaac's.

- As normal Mastema, shops now follow the rules of other rooms, which means that prices are based on item quality.

- Fixed an issue that caused the knife pieces to sometimes get rerolled (oops).
