Removed angel rooms granting a free holy mantle shield (for now).
For whatever reason you get 2 shields while inside the angel room but when you leave it's only 1 like it should be. I still want angel rooms to be somewhat buffed for him since it's always better to just go inside the devil room since you can reroll. Any suggestions?

Sorry, had to revert the menu cause I messed it up.

- Entering an angel room as normal Mastema will grant you a free holy mantle shield and there's a chance to find a beggar in there. That way you can spend your useless coins.

- Fixed the menu shadow being darker than normal.

Fixed Empty Vessel's costume.

Normal Mastema's Birthright effect now works in angel rooms.

- Fixed the cost of rerolled items in devil rooms not following the item quality rule.

- Fixed a couple costumes.

- Code cleanup.

- Items spawned in angel rooms (like from Eden's Soul or something similar) will no longer convert to costing hearts when playing as normal Mastema.

Using the D4 or D100 won't remove Mastema's horns anymore.

Added external item descriptions for Birthright.

- Added a costume for Wavy Cap.

- The bed in home now only removes 1 broken heart instead of 3 when playing as T. Mastema. Other beds will still remove 3.
