Improvements for Twins,Trickster, and Executioner.

Twins : Victor can now respawn when being deleted/removed (it used to only work when killed).

Trickster : Improved main event controls. There is now a small delay before main event charges start draining when lowering knives. Fixed main event being able to activate at any time.

Executioner : Players can no longer jump/climb when leaving trails when possessing him (Small band aid fix for trail spam while mid air).
