Added two new mod variations.

The spawnpoints for AI palaces were random. With this new mods you can choose the location and the number of AI players in the quest with the help of RGS Editor.
Put desired amount of palaces on the map and AI weill replace those palaces with AI version. Friendly or hostile

-fixed ai not putting flags on enemy buildings

Boy, there is a lot.
- Adjusted some timers on AI behavior threads
- Fixed attack flags being deleted too soon
- Now attack flag's reward will increase over time
- Now AI won't cluster towers in one place
- Some other fixes... I don't remember
- Reduced number of graveyards and sewers by about 3 times.

New feature - Custom strategies!
These are special offensive behaviours that make AI more dangerous and interesting.
1) Offense with wizard towers.
2) Champion of Temple.
