Changed the soldier load out, removed M15 mines, added grenades and a 3x scope to the M16.

For some reason the fuel truck still don't blow on M15 mines. I think that ocuures because of its speed limit I set or an Arma bug... I'll try some stuff and remove the M15 mines for a less annoying gameplay if it doesn't work.
