Slightly adjusted navigation links, fixed SCP-106 not coming out of the ground and attacking a player instantly, fixed SCP-49 going hidden after catching a player, slightly increased 106 and 49 speed to make things harder, fixed checkpoint monitor on for new players even though checkpoint is unlocked
