- Updated deposits and static modifiers that add districts to the renamed <district_type>_max_add.
- Fixed an issue where the UNSC Vehicle Depot building was missing after researching the technology to unlock it.

- Civilian ships will not automatically equip UNSC/Ancestor ftl drives.
