Updated to 3.10

- Updated all leader traits to include the new consolidated leader classes.

- Updated portrait asset selectors to include the new consolidated leader classes.

- Updated portraits to accommodate the changes in leader classes.

- The special and specific portraits that use the defunct general leader class to appear in the portrait pool will now use the general subclass trait instead.

- Updated and buffed the spartan commander leader trait modifiers.


(Forgot to add this)

- Ancient Humanity now has two councilor positions when using the civic:

1. Lord of Admirals - Offers ship bonuses and increases commander xp gain.

2. Political and Morale Commander - Improves research upkeep and increases army morale/unity.

- Added three new Ancestor weapon components:
1. Fibril-Laced Energy Torpedo
2. Ancestor Interceptor Strike Craft
3. Ancestor Bomber Strike Craft

- Changed the particle appearance of Fibril weaponry to make it more distinct from vanilla lasers.

- Added a new technology research for the UNSC that increases ship speed and reduces ship/army upkeep (Will probably plan to add more lore-related tech in future updates).

- Updated planetary deposits on Charum Hakkor and some buildings.

Update (forgot to mention this):

- Added two new bombardment stances and technology research for UNSC and Ancient Humanity:

- UNSC MAC bombardment: Fires a series of precise MAC rounds at the planet. Causes high army damage, but moderate damage to pops and planet. Used as a method of removing enemy defenses without causing excessive collateral damage to the planet.

- Ancestor Fibril Energy Bombardment: A powerful bombardment stance that annihilates anything on the surface of a planet. Extended bombardment turns the planet into a lifeless barren world after reaching 100% devastation. Massive damage to armies, planet, and pops. Typically used to sterilize worlds or resource denial. Adds a terraforming candidate modifier after completing the bombardment. Artificial worlds like ringworlds will be damaged. Habitats will be destroyed by this stance.

- Error Log bug fixes

- Fixed an issue that prevented the Tier 5 Reverse-Engineered Precursor technology research from appearing for the Ancient Humanity civic. Replaced the intel modifiers for an added ascension perk.

- Updated the Precursor-unlocked Ancestor buildings' resource production and upkeep.

- Fixed the missing UNSC building army modifiers.

- Added new modifiers for the Charum Hakkor planetary deposit to include mining, farming, and technician jobs for the city world.

For Paragon dlc users:

- Added one council position to each UEG/UNSC civic:

Unified Earth Government civic:
Minister for the Colonies - Governor
- Improves planet administrator and district upkeep and building build speed.

UNSC High Command civic:
CINCFLEET - Admiral
- Adds ship starting experience, expands country naval cap, and increases admiral exp gain.

ONI civic:
CINCONI - Admiral
- Small increase to all technology research speed, increased base country intel, and spy network daily value.

Please Note: I do not have the Paragon dlc yet, so I do not know if these councilor positions will appear for those that have it. If they do, let me know.
