- Rebalanced the entire location generation on the world map. Here are some details:
Pirate outposts will be more rare instead of every other station. They'll mostly evolve from abandoned stations now, if there's no threat to them nearby so you'll see more pirate outposts in the later biomes.
Construction sites will now 99% of the time build something and not remain a construction site forever.
The following is a temporary mechanic until we get the Lair missions to work properly:
Monsters spread aggresively until they get close to military. Once military notices any kind of lairs nearby, they'll start spreading with blockades to get rid of them. Depending on how fast the monsters are spreading and moving around the map, it can take a very long time (20-50 rounds) until a biome is fully cleared, but it will always be cleared eventually. The later biomes will take the longest to be cleared. This game mechanic will also help with colonization over time in the later biomes.

- Made pirate outposts get destroyed by lairs to fix lairs unable to spread past them.
- Made pirate outposts get replaced with blockades if military is next to it to stop pirates spreading further and further.
- Made waypoints possible to change into blockades if between military stations and pirate outposts.
- Fixed oxygen generators not working on some outposts.
- Fixed outpost generator not being able to find armory and security modules.
- Fixed wrong amount of money being taken from the player during buy/bribe/haggle events.
- Added new icons for Abandoned Outpost, Pirate Outpost, Lair, Husk Lair, Wasteyard and End.
- Added deconstruct recipes to pirate items.
- Added new mission "Robbing A Coalition Cargo Vessel".
- Removed missions received on non-outpost locations as they don't start when selected. (Until workaround is found)
- Increased world map zoom distance.
- Changed world map background colors.
- Increased location icons sizes.
- Changed how the security officers react if you're not friendly with the coalition. The chance for the bribe event to trigger is now 40% instead of 100% and the amount of money used for bribing is reduced. You can now also insult them to decrease your reputation.
- Changed how pirates on pirate outposts will behave towards you. If paid the full toll, they'll allow you to decrease your coalition reputation for double the money. Stats are as follows:
Coalition rep. -20 or lower = Pirates become friendly towards you
Coalition rep. -19 to 19 = Pirates are unfriendly and force a toll on you
Coalition rep. 20 or higher = Pirates are unfriendly and increase the toll
Coalition rep. 60 or higher = Pirates become hostile on sight
(Keep in mind this only applies to pirates on pirate outposts! Pirates in missions are always hostile!)

- Added fully reworked Biome Overhaul
- Patched Construction spawning parameters
- Changed tag="lair" of identifier="DEhuskcrawlerlair" in Missions.xml to tag="huskedlair"
- Added missiontags="killswarm_set1,killswarm_set3,killswarm_set4,killmonster_set4,lair" to identifier="Lair" in LocationTypes.xml
- Added missiontags="killswarm_set2,huskedlair" to identifier="HuskgroundsDE" in LocationTypes.xml
- Added 2 more <ChangeTo> alternatives to identifier="Lair", identifier="HuskgroundsDE" and 1 for identifier="WasteyardDE" in LocationTypes.xml to let them also be attacked by camps, bases and blockades, but camps take longer and camps, bases and blockades need to be right next to it instead of 2 zones away.
- Added <ChangeTo type="UnderAttack"> behavior with a delay between 5-10 rounds to identifier="Abandoned" to allow husk and breeding grounds to spread further.
- Added Chinese Localization and new localization features for english contributors to jump in. Pending Changes to the event text untill all locationtype Localization is finished.
