Version 2.0 is live!

This overhaul of Smelting Plus fixes doxens of bugs/balance issues that have been reported in the last year. Additional details are as follows:

"A Guide to Smelting Plus" and the Update book have been combined into one, easier to read book.
Courier updates are now simplified to reflect this change.

~ Nordic Hero Weapons -> Quick Silver
~ Nord Armor (from Draugr) -> Corundum
~ Longbows -> firewood
~ Flower baskets -> firewood
~ Fixed Studdied Imperial Armor
~ Fixed Studded Cuirass
~ Ladles/Special wooden bowls -> firewood
~ Blades Armor -> Ebony
~ Mammoth Tusks, Troll Skulls, Human Skulls, Horker Tusks, and Dragon Bones -> Bonemeal
~ Deer Pelts -> Leather (Tanning Rack)
