New features

-New crop tree: Olive tree.
Yields 75 olives per harvest.

-New crop: Olives
Small nutritional value, they are mainly used in olive oil preparation.

-New condiment: Olive oil
Made by olives, gives a little mood buff and boosts blood pumping.

Fixes

Fine, Lavish and Gourmet salad require now a minimum Cooking skill to make.

Added a bulk production recipe for salad mixes.

Removed "Salad mix - cereal", because was a non-sense in game. You could craft a lavish salad with two salad mix of vegetables, avoiding those ones made by cereal.
So, now there's just "Salad mix - Vegetables". And it has been renamed "Salad mix".

Fix: disabled use of "canned produce" for salad mixes.
