- Fix some minor bugs.
- User can now unlock the minigun with custom spark class by putting the class name after "AlternateRequiredClass" inside XComSparkCannon.ini.

- Dual Powershot will automatically cancel itself if the second shot fails to activate (not enough ammo, Spark is stunned mid attack, ...) instead of lingering after that.

- Dual Powershot is now only available in HUD if the Spark has enough ammo for both shots.
