- Added custom mana gems!

- Added the rest of the snap points for mana (left of player boards), spawns (above player boards), and dice/blood placement on cards.
- Added area indicators for grimoire placement.
- Changed player tokens base colors to match their label.
- Fixed an issue where player Spirit Crystals to overlapped cards in their grimoire.
- Fixed an issue where all cards would align to snap points

Replaced Mana counters for tokens. Added missing energy tokens. Added some labels.
