Fixed a typo in Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn's name. Should not be "Harmernszoon".

Fun fact, Harmenszoon is spelled "Harmeenszoon" on tossups with the id of 76557 and 146983 on QuizDB.

I am experiencing weirder things happening to Quizbowl's Github repo than the time when my Steam Account was hacked.
