Last two patches didn't go through >_< so now I fixed it

Reduced chance to hit infantry in cover
Increased reinforcemnt size AI gets when it's in defense
Binoculars should be guaranteed to spot stuff

Reduced damage to limbs so no one shot kills to the finger
Raised the map point back to 2400 but reworked speed of points given
Toned down weapon damage a bit
More flags will be activated earlier
Removed stay debris part. I advise to use other mods for that

Deleted uselsess forlders
Made defence missions last lesss for now
