Went through and cut the size of the texture files by half. This in turn has drastically reduced the size of the addon. Server owners rejoice. Also magically fixed a bug on the Charmer which caused the origin point of the v_model bullets to be behind the player. I do not know how I fixed this, so it could easily break again in the future.

Fixed an issue where certain weapons flashlights were wither sideways, skewed or non existent.
