Improved all axe throwing unit animations.
Added new ranged cavalry type: Slinger Cavalry. They look cool but their actual usefulness is questionable. Horseback firing animatsion are bit funny, but thats best I can do with my skills.

Hoplite wall, Shield Wall, Shield Screen and Square give +5 missile block. Defensive testudo gives now same amount missile block like attacking testudo 35, used to be 25.
