Some status effect changes. Bomb and Contagious now hit surrounding tiles (think flail range). Rupture also has a 10% HP dmg effect when pushed or pulled.

Fixes for Twisting Fangs. It shouldn't double dip on boss enemies that resist "HPBased" attacks anymore. Also, Morio now sells Suffering Triggers as well!
