Changelog for version 1.1:
-Compatibility with modded convoy (1.42).
-Split colour_data.sui off from map_data.sii to allow for custom colour addons.
-Removed unnecessary mipmaps to reduce mod size and loading times.
-Lots of fixes and tweaks.
