add = All faction = ( AI build in space skirmish ) golan space structure and some new units
add ( new ) units land to Earth Coalition = Zykaal Wa Land fighter

change = All faction = spaceship upgrade = reduction Defense Bonus
change = Earth Coalition = units Anihilator SPACE / LAND option = change self destruct to power to weapon
change = Empire = space = Interdictor option = Reinforcement Prevention Radius to 1000 before was 1800
change = Republic = space = Republic Interdictor option = Reinforcement Prevention Radius to 1000 before was 1800
change = Underworld = dragon destroyer = reduce hardpoint health
change = N Gravity Well Station = REDUCE Reinforcement Prevention Radius to 1800 before was 3000
