NEW UPGRADE :

add ( new to all custom faction ) special golan 1 = defense structure = require starbase 5
add ( new to all custom faction ) special golan 2 = special faction ship = require special golan 1
add ( new to all custom faction ) special golan 3 = special all other allies faction ship = capital / super = require special golan 1

change all faction = remove special units from = Skirmish Hutt Asteroid Base / Skirmish Merchant Dock
