Temporarily disabled the Loot Boxes from spawning.

Changes:

- Added spawn tables for Fire Station, Gun Store, Police, Farm, and Camp sites.

- Tidied up some land in Kent-Bellevue.

- Fixed the Node for Paradise Compound going *slightly* off screen.

- Fixed a random road clipping through the floor of Tacoma.

- Fixed Scorpion-7 not spawning Crescent Rose.

- Added some more slight detailing to Safezone, with more planned to come at a later date.

- Fixed the Alien Crash Site not having stone and having grass instead.

- Fixed Charms not spawning enough anywhere.

- Added Experimental Liquid to High-Cal Scorp spawns as a very low spawn chance.
