"Oops: All Cults"

Civics
• Added 2 Physics Cults - Gravity Cult and Luminosity Cult
• Added new Society Cult - Life Cult
• Added new Engineering Cult - War Cult
• Added Esper Agency

Other Changes
• Corporate Hedonists and Pleasure Seekers can no longer be used with Slaving Despots
• Machine Cult can now be used with Divine Council again
• The Authoritarian faction now accepts Dynastic Enterprise as a valid trigger for certain demands
• Added new demands for the Spiritualist faction when using any Basic Cult
• Metallurgists, Catalytic Technicians, Artisans, and Artificers now correctly have their upkeep reduced if you have the Ecocentric ethic
• Added new Scripted Triggers for all my other modding friends (kind of, more in the next update)
• Distinguished Admiralty now works correctly
• Anthropocentric now gives Lithoid miners +1 Minerals, and Non-Lithoid Farmers +1 Food
• Moguls for the time being, will increase trade value on the planet by +10%
• Capital Buildings give the correct amount of Branch Office Slots
• Militarist Governmental Civics (Warlord, War Council, Stratocratic Republic, Ordered Stratocracy) now give 0.25 unity per fleet cap used (recalculated every month)
• Robots will now give spiritualist attraction if you have Machine Cult, and likewise they wont give materialist attraction (Pops wont all be materialist anymore)
• Fixed Nominate Galactic Market again
• Research Cooperatives now adds 0.5 CG upkeep to researchers
• Rock Breakers (Machine Civic) has been changed to be more akin to Mining Guilds
• Correctly changes tech weights :(
• All required changes for 3.2 (that I know of)
• None of the Cults may be used with other Cults (except Divine Cult, that's a different civic type)
• Welfare State and Worker Owned now correctly give +2 housing on city districts
• Livestock and Researchers now correctly give extra trade with the Planetary/Galactic Stock Exchange when using their respective civics

• Reworked Commercial Megaplexs (4 Clerks, 2 Traders, 1 Merchant)
• Added Planetary Stock Exchange (1 Merchant, +5% Trade Value)
• Reworked Galactic Stock Exchange(2 Merchants, +10% Trade Value, Only Buildable After The Galactic Market Is Founded)
