Added Knaves of the Deepwood. Find them under the Vagabond selection screen (Setups -> Vagabond).

Added bats and frogs to Mighty Multi-State Warriors.

Added the three new landmarks:

Mousehold, Rabbit-town, and Foxburrow.

They can be accessed via the Setups menu.

Fixed layout loading back to an empty table (was loading all 6 faction boards).

Changed main icon to feature all 12 factions.
