adjusted sound effect playback length. this fix the swing noise bug, when swinging the infected cause an audio noise after the swing.

removed melee hud icon that is included, due to its original was made for machete instead of tonfa/nightstick. can't figure out how to fix it, so i deleted it since it didn't show up in the first place.
