Use new API to get the HUD offset from the options and not Mod Config anymore.

- Shift + Backspace for random boss
- Remove dependency forced on Mod Config (but please get one)
- Fix random not being random

- Fix SHIFT + 0

- The beast (custom asset)
- Shift + 5/6/7/8/9 will show other bosses like Hush and Delirium
- Shift + ` (the key left to 1) will choose a random boss!
