Added Cygors, Gorgons, and Jabbers

Jabbers gain from skills (etc) same as spawns (vet and normal like the gors)
Cygors, and Gorgons gain from normal giants skills (etc), but I made cygors gain from hellcannon and maruader vet red skill line

Thinking minotaurs maybe to troll building too, but ya let me know your requests too, for now thats pretty good selection of cool BM units to bulk up the WoC line up

- 'Gors will now receive bonus based on being "spawns" now in the chaos faction
- Magic building now correctly provides the reduction in upkeep for these units
