Nerfed a bunch of stuff, things should be more in line with the vanilla now.

Protip: When dealing with non-vanilla factions, go big or get rekt. They may or may not be as balanced to the vanilla as they hope, or they never intended their mod to be that way. IE pick the not as balanced people like Master Chief with a Spartan Laser.

I'm going to end with Srgt. Johnson and go on to the Covenant.
BTW, idk why but human AIs have no idea how to use the Spartan Laser. very stumped.
