Added Rick Ashley and completed the "history"

Fixed some lamps that did not have lights [This is a problem that the original RT3 has]
Now they do and they look really nice

Added some lore to the map and a few changes on the safe house
It's not finished yet

Removed the water, it caused massive slow downs when there were explosions hitting it
Fixed a bug on the map that probably nobody noticed

Added a bit of water

Tried to add music but failed

Changed the weather to thunder just to add a more creepy feeling
